Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $16.00-$18.00/hour | In-Person Corporate Image Group is looking for an Apparel Production Specialist to join our growing team! What You'll Do As an Apparel Production Specialist, you'll help produce and prepare custom apparel orders from production through final quality inspection.

Responsibilities include:

Perform garment construction and finishing tasks, including sewing, hemming, and seam construction, to meet quality standards. Operate machinery and hand tools for cutting, stitching, and fabric handling while adhering to safety protocols. Inspect materials and finished garments for defects, applying dimensional measurements and quality standards to ensure consistency. Manage receiving, stock organization, and storage of supplies and finished products; support embroidery processes as needed. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and coordinate with warehouse for smooth material flow and timely shipping. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Comfortable working with machinery and learning new equipment Able to follow written work orders and instructions accurately Self-motivated and able to stay productive with minimal supervision Able to manage multiple orders and priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment A team player with a positive, professional attitude Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous embroidery, sewing, apparel, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus Embroidery experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person
