Albany Farms operates a food manufacturing facility in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, producing high-quality ramen noodles in a controlled production environment. We are looking for dependable Production Line Workers who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and contribute to a safe, productive team. This is a full-time, four-day workweek position , Monday through Thursday. Schedule Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Four 10-hour shifts per week Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off This is a fixed production schedule. Applicants must be able to consistently work the full scheduled shift. Position Overview Production Line Workers support the daily production, processing, and packaging of ramen noodles. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where safety, consistency, quality, and teamwork are essential. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Identify and report product defects, equipment problems, or safety concerns Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, GMPs Follow required food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Wear required PPE and food-production restraints, including hair and beard restraints when applicable Support daily production goals while maintaining product quality Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Participate in required safety, food safety, and operational training Assist with cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment Perform other production-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For Required:

Must be at least 18 years old Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to follow established production, safety, and food-safety procedures Willingness to work as part of a production team Ability to work the full Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred:

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food-processing experience Mechanical aptitude or experience working around production equipment Experience using basic hand tools Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but is not required for candidates who are dependable and willing to learn. Physical Requirements This position requires regular physical activity throughout the workday, including: Standing and walking for most of a 10-hour shift Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motion Regular use of hands to operate equipment and handle materials Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a warm production environment Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
