Groomer's Best is looking for a dependable and motivated Parts Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help produce custom stainless-steel products used by veterinarians, pet groomers, distributors, and outdoor customers across the country. This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication experience or a mechanically inclined individual who wants to learn and grow in a skilled trade environment. What You'll Do As a Parts Fabricator, you will support production by preparing and fabricating stainless-steel parts used in custom products and equipment.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Operating fabrication equipment such as press brakes, sanders, saws, grinders, and welding equipment Cutting, sanding, grinding, and preparing stainless-steel materials for assembly Bending and forming parts using brake press equipment Reading work instructions and following production specifications accurately Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks as needed Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy before moving to assembly Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals Following all shop safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. Preferred Skills & Experience Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or metalworking experience preferred Experience operating fabrication tools or machinery such as: Brake Press Sanders Cold Saw Welders Iron Worker Machines Grinders Basic welding experience is helpful but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Schedule Options We offer flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance: Monday through Thursday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4-day work week) OR Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional early short-day options Why Join Groomer's Best?
