Production Cutting Specialist

Looking for a new opportunity in the cabinet industry? Join our team as a Special Cutter and help us create high-quality, custom, and semi-custom cabinets for our customers. This position requires a skilled hand and a sharp eye for detail to deliver precise, accurate cuts using our state-of-the-art tools and equipment. If you have experience in the industry, that's a bonus—but we'll also provide job-specific training to help you succeed. What You'll Do Cut finished and specialized panels. Detect malfunctions, inspect parts, adjust controls, and replace blades as needed. Prepare machines for production; clean and maintain equipment, tooling, and parts. Rotate through operation of other cutting department machines. Perform other duties as assigned. Working Hours Monday-Thursday:

7:00 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)

Occasional Saturdays:

Rare, as needed General Requirements Showplace provides job-specific training prior to assigning employees to their position. We're looking for candidates who either possess—or are willing to acquire—the following skills: Must be 18 or older Basic reading and writing skills Computer fluency Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to bend and twist over the course of a shift Fluency with tape measure Strong communication skills with co-workers and supervisors Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
