Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Team Member to join our manufacturing facility. This role involves actively participating in the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with manufacturing operations, mechanical assembly, and safety protocols. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role is hiring for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, with frequent overtime on Saturdays.

Duties Food Preparation & Assembly:

Prepare raw ingredients, assist in kitchen setup, and assemble/roll products according to standard recipes and specifications.

Machine & Line Support:

Support equipment operators by staging ingredients, feeding packaging materials, and maintaining an even production flow.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to meet food safety, quality, and consistency standards.

Sanitation & Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to standard safety protocols and food safety guidelines at all times.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with line team members and supervisors to hit daily output goals safely and efficiently. More duties as needed. Requirements Proven factory experience or background in manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Ability to read and understand safety signage accurately. Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation purposes.

Functional English or Spanish:

Ability to read, write, and speak basic English and/or Spanish to understand safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and product labels.
