Shift Available and Hours:

7pm-1am, 4X4 schedule 6pm-6am, 4X4 schedule 6:30pm-6:30am, Monday - Thursday 7:30pm-5:30am, Monday - Thursday What you will be doing Implement, sponsor, and support all continuous reliability improvement standards and practices. Responsible to communicate in the production team wheel. Responsible for unloading finished products may include specific packaging requests that will be completed according to detailed instructions. Assist Fabrication Equipment Operators by loading extrusions into processing equipment including saws, punch presses, and rolling machines. Willing to train. From time to time, responsible to assist neighboring production deparments and with duties associated in those areas. Will be required to work with small sections in short cut lengths, to material more than 50 feet. What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

Ability to work 8,10,12 hours rotating shift depending on shift availability, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks while standing for extended periods. Ability to perform basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply) Ability to read and use a tape measure. Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred Previous management experience in fast-paced, manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to perform basic computer application skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
