We help our customers refine their custom designs and then bring them to life by sourcing materials, cutting them out, and then sewing them with insane skill. In this role, Operators will be responsible for: Running multiple laser, strip cutter, or pattern sewing machines (specific machine will vary depending on need) Troubleshooting problems and performing routine maintenance on machines Cleaning, sweeping, and helping to keep the workspace clean Being willing to pitch in where needed to hit deadlines Experience needed: Previous experience keeping up with a fast-paced job is not required, but is incredibly helpful Must be able to read and interpret work orders and specifications Must have a strong attention to detail and quality control skills

Operating a sewing machine means sitting for hours per shift and can sometimes be demanding on the hands and arms - operating the laser or strip cutting machines means standing for hours per shift and lifting heavy fabric rolls. Good hand-eye coordination, clear eyesight, and manual dexterity are also extremely important. You really need to have excellent teamwork and communication skills as well!
