Job Description

The Production Associate I sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machinery and related equipment within a continuous production environment.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and other controls to ensure compliance with production specifications Performing in-process quality tests (e.g., hardness, weight, variation, pH, moisture content) to confirm that products meet required standards Maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing Completing and maintaining up-to-date batch records and production documentation Identifying, reporting, and addressing equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities Making minor equipment adjustments and repairs as appropriate Performing all work in accordance with established safety, quality #LI-LS1 At Nordson, we believe that anything is possible.
