Full Job Description Job Description:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team. This position involves assembling wood roof and floor trusses used in residential, commercial, and agricultural construction.
Responsibilities:
Assemble roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications Measure, cut, position, and secure lumber and components Use hand tools and basic power tools Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Lift, move, and position lumber and materials throughout the shift
Requirements:
Previous construction, carpentry, lumber, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow basic instructions and measurements Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift and move heavy materials Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Must be safety-conscious and able to work well with a team
Preferred Experience:
Truss manufacturing Carpentry Construction Lumber yard experience Framing Manufacturing or assembly
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for candidates who are dependable, physically capable, willing to learn, and able to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. Previous truss experience is a plus, but candidates with construction, lumber, carpentry, or general manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. •!!!! Perfect Attendance Incentive !!!•#
MFP Pay:
$15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
