Job description: AtWork Personnel in Columbia has partnered with established manufacturing companies in the Columbia and Mount Pleasant, Tennessee area to fill General Labor, Production workers, and Forklift Operator positions. Opportunities are available on first and second shifts, with schedules varying based on client placement. Some assignments are temporary, while others offer temp-to-hire opportunities.

Required when scheduled Position Summary for all Production Workers Employees will perform a variety of manufacturing and warehouse duties based on the client assignment.

Responsibilities may include:

Assembly and production work Lumber yard operations Forklift operation Thermo bagging Barcoding and labeling Order picking and packing Material handling Bottle Capping General warehouse and production support Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift Bend, squat, kneel, and reach repeatedly Stand and walk for extended periods Work in non-climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse environments Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining productivity and safety standards Benefits Eligible employees receive the following benefits after their first week of employment:
