Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. All candidates must be able to be assigned to work any shift and work 19 days straight.

Position parts, materials, and sub-assemblies for assembly. Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Set up, operate, or tend more than one type of cutting or forming machine tool or robot. Inspect workpieces for defects and measure them to determine accuracy of machine operation. What's Needed? Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Basic ability to read blueprints. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25lbs Willingness to work up to 19 days straight.
