Production line worker Full time position 2nd shift - Monday to Friday | 3p-11:30p (Overtime when needed) A local manufacturing company is hiring for production line workers ! This is hands-on, steady work for individuals who are dependable, ready to learn, and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Work areas include compression molding, open cure ovens, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operation, foam-in-place, water jet cutting, autoclaves, and bumpers. Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing materials, you'll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.

Responsibilities:

Assist with rubber production processes Lift materials up to 50 lbs. independently Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow instructions and work as part of a team

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check and drug testing Reliable transportation to and from work Great attendance and dependability Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work Comfortable working in high-temperature environments Team player with flexibility to work in various departments
