Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Person to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing or assembly environment. As a pivotal team leader, you will coordinate production activities, ensure safety standards are upheld, and drive continuous process improvements. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production or assembly teams to meet daily targets and quality standards. Lead by example in adhering to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Facilitate process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in factory or manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of production processes. Familiarity with safety standards in production settings, including lean manufacturing practices and safety protocol adherence. Ability to manage teams effectively, providing guidance on assembly line operations and process improvements. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by warehouse experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation clearly and accurately.
