Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing and production team supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday What's the Job? Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and report defects or issues. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting productivity and quality expectations. What's Needed? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand basic work instructions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to quality. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. What's in it for me?
