4:00am-12:30pm; 6:00am-2:30pm; 12:00pm-8:30pm; 2:00pm-10:30pm; 8:00pm-4:30am; 10:00pm-6:30am (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Production position available at a company in Franklin, WI. This is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with food production and packaging operations on the production line.
• Load and unload products onto conveyors, trays, or pallets.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished goods according to company specifications.
• Label, stack, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and sanitation standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Communicate production concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Support additional departments or production areas as needed.

Production Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working in warm or refrigerated production environments depending on department.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the Unites States.
• Must be able to speak and read Spanish.
• Must have reliable transportation, public transportation will not work for this role.
