Job Description
Do you enjoy staying organized while also being hands-on in a production environment? Wood Personnel is partnering with a manufacturing facility to hire a Production Coordinator. This role supports the Production Group Leader and Team Leader and plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work and administrative responsibilities.

Production Coordinator Shift and Compensation:
$21.17 per hour1st and 2nd shifts availableProduction Coordinator Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess production documents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate recordsOrganize and manage production-related files and informationAssist with monitoring production operations and workflowSpend approximately 70% of time on the production floor and 30% on administrative dutiesActively working in the production department 70% of the time. Identify issues in production and communicate them to leadershipFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelinesProvide administrative and clerical support to Production leadershipProduction Coordinator Skills & Requirements:
Basic math and computer skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in hot and cold environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Flexibility to work various shifts with advance noticeAbility to work independently and as part of a team
