Job Description

Wood Personnel is in partnership with a warehouse located in Hartsville, TN, which is currently hiring for Manufacturing Associates. These are true temp-to-hire opportunities with a company that you can easily work and grow with.
Manufacturing Associate Pay and Hours:
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10pm $18.36/hr. Benefits Offered by

Previous manufacturing or production experience required Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible to assist in different departments as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble, inspect, and package metal components and finished products Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Load and unload materials from workstations and production lines Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications Identify and report defects or production concerns to supervisors Stack, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures Assist with basic machine operation within the warehouse Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards Wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies
