Job Details:

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Responsible for setting up machine and/or breaking down machine. Pay is $19.45 per hour Working Conditions Team members work in a poultry processing environment and may be exposed to: Wet floors and slippery surfaces Production line equipment Repetitive motion activities Product splash exposure Elevated noise levels Potential laceration and puncture hazards associated with production tools and equipment Safety Expectations Follow all Tyson Foods safety procedures and workplace policies. Use designated handrails and walkways. Never walk on drain covers. Wear required PPE at all times. Perform stretching activities before and during the shift to help reduce repetitive-motion injuries. Report unsafe conditions immediately to leadership. Training Requirements Successful completion of On-the-Job Training (OJT). Requirement:

3-Month operator experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 3 months. 180 days wait period from last termination date, 3X rule (candidates cannot have worked for Tyson 3X before)
