Job Description
Why This Role? We operate on 12-hour shifts following a 2-2-3 schedule. 7 pm to 7 am. Weekly pay Quarterly bonus opportunity The Assistant Press Operator role is designed as a growth position Learn the label manufacturing process Train on and operate print presses Advance into roles with greater responsibility and higher pay Your Impact You help keep production moving by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards that customers rely on every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with press/coater setup and operation Prepare materials and components for production Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.) Monitor and document product quality Package and label finished goods Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping Collaborate with team members and support training effortsYou'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Basic math and computer skills Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendanceWhat We Can Offer You:
