Manufacturing Associate, Nights $20/hr

Job Description Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring Equipment Operators to contribute to our Lightning Source team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. Pay:

$17.50/hr with a $2.50/hr shift diff and $1/hr weekend rate What You Need High school diploma or equivalent 6 months continuous work experience required

What You'll Do:

Operates production equipment including B/W printers, binders, trimmers, folder/gluer, shrink wrap tunnel, saddle stitch, and paper drill to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards as described in the LSI operating manual. Must be able to operate the various machinery as assigned based on work volume. Executes timely re-supply of raw materials while operating production equipment. Notifies supervisor and/or specialist when equipment is not operating effectively.

Physical Duties:

Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift. Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50 lbs. during the assigned shift - up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to push/pull in a manufacturing environment up to 50 lbs to push during the assigned shift - up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 occasionally. Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift. Ability to bend, kneel/squat, twist/turn, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift. Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required.
