OT Pay Rate:

$15/hour + Production Bonus (Earn up to $20/hour depending on performance)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Banders and Pallet Builders to join our production team. This is a hands-on position in a non-climate-controlled environment , building and banding pallets to meet daily production goals. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and has a proven work history in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Build and assemble wooden pallets according to specifications Use electric nail guns and small hand tools safely and efficiently Band and secure finished pallets for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet or exceed daily production goals Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Experience using an electric nail gun and basic hand tools Prior experience in pallet building, woodworking, or similar production work preferred Ability to work long shifts (12 hours) in a non-climate-controlled environment Strong work ethic and consistent attendance required Must have a good work history and be willing to complete an in-person interview

Compensation:

$15/hour starting pay Production bonus available — when production goals are met, total
