Job Description
Overview We're hiring Production Operators for a growing, modern consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility. The facility is new, clean, air-conditioned, and growing quickly. There are multiple schedules available, and team members have opportunities to cross-train across different parts of the production process and expand their skills over time.

Responsibilities Material & Product Handling:
Move, load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products around the production floor.
Production Line Support:
Feed materials/products into equipment and assist machine operators with production tasks.
Quality & Cleaning:
Perform basic quality checks and clean/sanitize equipment and assigned production areas.
Safety & Reporting:
Follow safety/GMP procedures and report equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors. Requirements Required Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and production processes Ability to stand and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift and safely lift/move materials as needed Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute effectively as part of a team
