Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift, roughly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 35 to 40 hours per week. Start and end times shift a little with the production schedule.

We are small, we move fast, and we take quality seriously. This is a ground-floor job at a company that is scaling, and you will work shoulder to shoulder with the two people who run our production floor. We are not looking for a rockstar (nothing wrong with those). We are looking for someone reliable and careful who wants steady full-time hours doing honest work. On a team this size, one person showing up on time changes the whole day. What You'll Do This is varied work. No two days look exactly alike, and you will touch most of these every week:

Production:

Weigh and measure ingredients against the batch sheet, run the ribbon blender, and pack out finished product. We train you on all of it.

Ingredient handling:

Move sacks, totes, and cases around the floor, stage ingredients for the next batch, and keep the raw material area organized.

Warehouse and pallets:

Receive inbound freight, down-stack pallets by hand, put inventory away, and keep the warehouse organized enough to count.

Boxing and shipping:

Pack and label boxes, and process drop-ship orders accurately.

Sanitation:

Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas to food-safe standards, including full washdowns after a run.
