Job Description
Required Education:
High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Skills and Experiences:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting production or manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively on a production team to meet daily output, quality, and operational targets.
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies, production issues, or workflow improvements and helping implement practical solutions.
- Experience working in an environment where quality, productivity, safety, and adherence to standardized processes are critical.
