Job Description
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience / Skills
- 1-2 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years of experience working collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to quality and productivity
- Ability to follow established production processes and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentJob Duties
- Support daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Perform production tasks while maintaining established quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with production team members to meet operational and client requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and streamline tasks
- Help maintain consistent quality throughout the production process
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or as business needs require
