Full Job Description Description:
This position is responsible for efficiently producing quality digital products on time that meet all customer and Upland requirements. Responsibilities include setting up and operating digital and finishing production equipment, job flow, managing files, and other operator duties.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate digital print and finishing equipment efficiently producing quality products Prioritize projects for on-time delivery with minimal supervision Maintain equipment following preventive checklists Housekeeping and physical appearance of the facility Make it easy for internal and external customers to do business with you. Project positive and professional behavior/attitude in all areas associated with the production and delivery of Upland products to internal and external customers. Follow administrative procedures established for inter/intradepartmental interaction Additional tasks/duties/special projects may be assigned, as necessaryRequirements:
High school diploma or GED- required Minimum 1 year experience operating and interfacing with computer-controlled equipment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Advanced computer skills (Prepress/Art experience preferred). Ability to manage multiple tasks and keeping multiple digital processes running Detail oriented. Works well with hands, good fine motor skills. Work well with limited supervision. Good Communication skills Mechanical aptitude- capable of diagnosing problems utilizing core concepts and be able to execute basic repairs
