This is a physically active position, ideal for someone who enjoys staying on their feet, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and quality. This role requires consistent physical activity throughout the 8-10 hour shifts, including: Standing and walking on concrete floors for extended periods Safely lifting, pushing, and carrying materials up to 80-100 lbs repetitively Handling large products measuring up to 6-10 feet in length consistently Maneuver up and down ladders throughout the shift Highlights of your role Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble made-to-order products Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen Build skills through cross-training opportunities You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) Experience working in a manufacturing environment Basic computer skills Strong communication skills A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
