• Sweetwater is hiring Utility Clean-Up Associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Vonore, TN.

This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for dependable individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Job Summary The Utility Clean-Up Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the production facility by removing debris, cleaning work areas, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position plays an important role in keeping the facility safe, organized, and running efficiently. Responsibilities Perform general clean-up of production and common areas. Sweep, shovel, and vacuum dust, scraps, and production debris. Clean glue residue from production lines and equipment areas. Empty trash bins and wood waste containers throughout the facility. Assist with clearing debris from workstations and production areas. Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment, including industrial vacuums, brooms, and dust collection systems. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support production teams. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must have reliable transportation. Strong attendance and dependability are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Preferred Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, janitorial, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on roles is preferred but not required.
