POSITION SUMMARY
The Drilling Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by completing customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow precise measurements and instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well on a team, and takes pride in producing reliable results. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training. Candidates must be able to lift at least 65 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow detailed job instructions to complete customer orders accurately and within required measurements. Ensure the quality and accuracy of production while logging order completions into the ERP system. Place, arrange, mark, seal, and tag items on designated pallets and in containers, bins, and bulk storage. Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport products. Equipment Operation & Maintenance Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and clean all applicable equipment. Notify supervisors of any mechanical or material issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety procedures and warehouse standard operating procedures for Drilling, Packing, and Bandsaw operations. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines and goals. Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 1-2
years of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, carpenter's square) Forklift experience is a PLUS Ability to lift up to 65lbs Effective communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
