Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to operate and maintain equipment used to assemble electronic components. This position works closely with the Quality and Engineering teams to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.

Job Duties:

Follow all work instructions, company policies, and safety procedures. Operate machines safely and efficiently. Monitor equipment and report any issues to the supervisor. Perform basic machine maintenance and document completed work. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet quality and production standards. Identify parts and follow detailed work instructions. Follow applicable quality standards, including IPC-610. Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Be flexible with work assignments and shift requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.

Non-climate-controlled facility Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift Basic computer skills required Must be able to speak, read, and understand English 1-3 years of machine operation or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
