Sugar Stitch Wholesale is looking for a dependable, hands-on DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing & Production Operator to join our apparel production team. We are a busy wholesale apparel company producing high-volume, trend-driven graphic apparel for boutiques and retailers across the country. This is an in-person production position and an important part of our daily operation. What You'll Do Operate and monitor our DTF printing equipment Prepare and print DTF transfers Load artwork and manage print jobs Monitor print quality, color and registration Perform routine printer maintenance and cleaning Troubleshoot basic printing and production issues Keep the DTF production area clean and organized Work with our production team to meet daily deadlines Assist with other apparel production tasks when needed What We're Looking For DTF, DTG, screen printing, wide-format printing or other production printing experience is a big plus , but we are willing to train the right person. More importantly, we need someone who: Is dependable and shows up consistently Is comfortable working with computers and production equipment Pays close attention to detail Can recognize print-quality issues Learns equipment and processes quickly Can work independently once trained Is comfortable in a fast-paced production environment Takes ownership of their work and keeps production moving ⸻ Schedule Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM full-time 10-hour shifts full-time Three-day weekend every week ⸻ Work Environment Air conditioning and heating in a new building producing boutique wholesale products, in a fast-paced apparel warehouse.

Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
