Lease Operator, You Will:

Operate, monitor, and maintain compressors and production equipment Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on wells, tanks, and facilities Monitor production and identify potential issues Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues and coordinate necessary repairs Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA and regulatory requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work independently while communicating effectively with management and field personnel

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Lease Operator experience in oil & gas Hands-on experience with compressors and production equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working in H₂S environments Must be willing and able to pass a required fit test for respiratory/PPE equipment Ability to work independently in a field environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass required background and drug screening
