PRODUCTION
ASSOCIATEMonday
•Friday 10:00 pm
•6:00 am$16.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSOperate and support production lines by filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing products.
Load materials and supplies to maintain efficient production flow.
Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards, accurate labeling, and proper packaging.
Complete production records and documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and company guidelines.
Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Experience with automated equipment, GMP, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial. #psbrenham
