Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in innovative vehicle and energy product assembly, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting various production lines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Shift:
5:00 pm - 5:00 am What's the Job? Participate in the assembly and production of vehicles and energy products following standard work processes and instructions. Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Escalate technical and process issues promptly to support teams and leadership. Perform a variety of functions across multiple production lines as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Maintain safety guidelines, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold exemplary attendance and punctuality. What's Needed? Ability to learn new skills and adapt to evolving work environments efficiently. Willingness to learn and operate new technology and equipment. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and potential overtime. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. What's in it for me?
