Operations Worker / Junior Operator ```DUTIES```

• Provide assistance in managing weekly and daily responsibilities.
• Learn operations process and become proficient in duties.
• Must have a desire to understand and continue learning on the job
• Support team in operations however needed .

REQUIREMENTS

• High degree of self-discipline.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• BioXRG is a start-up company with minimum structures requiring all personnel to be flexible in their work times and to be willing to execute tasks not directly related to their position description.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Moving equipment weighing up to 50 lb.
• Work outside in Texas conditions.

SCHEDULE

• For the first 1-2 weeks we will be on a regular schedule but everyone will transition to a team based rotating schedule.
