This role supports the daily operation of our printing and advertising mail production department by assisting with print finishing, material handling, quality control, deliveries and general production tasks. If you enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment, take pride in producing quality work, and are eager to put your skills towards learning a new trade, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of production equipment. Support print finishing processes, including cutting, folding, binding, printing, addressing, packaging, and labeling. Inspect printed materials prior to finishing to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Organize and stage materials for production jobs. Package completed orders for delivery or shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow production schedules and assist in meeting deadlines. Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance as assigned. Work collaboratively with press operators, production staff, and management. Execute daily deliveries to Post Office and customer locations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse, or production is a plus but not required. Ability to quickly and accurately read a tape measure down to 1/16" Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills including previous experience with Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Infrequent overtime during peak production periods may be required.
