This position is primarily outdoor field work building barns and metal buildings. Very little shop work.

Job Description:

We are hiring a welder helper to assist with erecting metal barns and shops. You'll be working on job sites most days, helping with construction, setup, and installation.

Responsibilities:

Assist welders and crew on active job sites Load, unload, and stage materials Measure, cut, and prep steel Help erect metal buildings and barns Use basic tools (grinders, drills, saws, etc.) Keep job sites clean and organized

Requirements:

Must be reliable and show up on time Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8" accuracy Must be willing to work outdoors in heat, cold, and wind Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently Willing to learn and take direction Valid driver's license preferred

Experience:

No experience required - we will train the right person Construction or welding experience is a plus

Pay:

$14-$18 hour with plenty of room for growth (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday + some

Saturdays What We're Looking For:

Show up, work hard, and you'll move up fast. This is not a sit-around job.

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
