Production Worker Tech City - 2.0 Carrollton, TX Job Details Full-time $11 - $13 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Moving Manufacturing facility experience Warehouse experience Materials handling Manufacturing Visual inspection for quality control Safety standard operating procedures Full Job Description About the Position We are looking for Helpers to join a manufacturing facility in Carrollton, TX. This role supports machine operators and production personnel with material handling, workplace organization, and general production activities. Responsibilities Assist machine operators during production runs. Load and unload materials. Move products and materials throughout the facility. Keep production and work areas clean and organized. Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies. Support additional production needs as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Basic understanding of workplace safety. Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required. Basic English is preferred but not required. Availability to work approximately 60 hours per week. Availability to work on-site in New Salem, Pennsylvania. Work Conditions and Benefits 40 regular hours plus 20 guaranteed overtime hours per week. Monthly productivity bonus, based on KPI achievement. Temporary housing assistance may be available at the beginning of employment, subject to evaluation and availability.
