Job Description

This role is a main contributor to the daily manufacturing requirements and output for the facility. Provides general labor support to the team within the department. The team member is also required to follow all the health & safety rules, regulations, and initiatives in the area that he/she is assigned to.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following, but are not limited to: Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role. Always wears the proper PPE and follows the PPE Guidelines. Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or tools if he/she has not been trained to operate. Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan. Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer. Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately. Responsible for building molds for future needs of box department Assists with the concrete finishing duties, when necessary, such as repairing /patching concrete pipes and boxes. Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED desirable but not required.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required. Monday-Friday 5:00 am - 5:30 pm
