Manufacturing Shop Helper Location:

Conroe, TX Pay Rate:

$15.50 per hour

Schedule:

AM & PM Shift / Full-Time | Overtime Available Are you experienced in a manufacturing environment and ready to work with a team that values precision and hard work? We're hiring a Manufacturing Shop Helper to assist with daily shop duties and production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general duties in and around the shop as directed by supervisors Read blueprints and follow production specifications Measure, cut, grind, and operate machinery to produce materials Operate machines and follow safety protocols Maintain attention to detail and high-quality standards Lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout your shift Work overtime when required

Requirements:

Prior manufacturing experience is required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Machine operation experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
