Job Description

About Us For over 20 years, Clarity Windows and Doors has been the trusted name in custom residential window and door replacement across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We're proud of our reputation, built one job and one happy homeowner at a time. As an Anlin Gold Star dealer and a certified ProVia door dealer and installation partner, we bring our customers premium products backed by expert craftsmanship. Clarity recently joined Mosaic Service Partners, a national platform investing in the people and technology that help local home services businesses grow. That means we're doubling down on what makes Clarity great: the same local team, the same commitment to quality, and the same reputation our customers count on, now backed by the resources to grow even further. The Role We're looking for a Service Technician & Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, whether that's troubleshooting an issue at a customer's home or keeping our warehouse and fleet running smoothly. You'll be responsible for executing window and door service calls, repairs, and pre-install measurements. You'll represent Clarity directly in customers' homes, so professionalism, clear communication, and solid on-site problem solving are a must. Some days you'll be working solo, other days as part of a team, and you'll be trusted to operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly. When you're not out on the road, you'll support our production operations: routine vehicle maintenance, warehouse organization, and general day-to-day operational support. You'll be based out of our office and dispatched to customer homes according to the daily schedule. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager. What You'll Do
  • Perform window and door service calls, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer homes
  • Measure windows and doors accurately ahead of new installations
  • Represent Clarity professionally in every customer interaction
  • Operate a company vehicle safely, sometimes for extended periods during the day
  • Work independently or alongside a teammate depending on the job
  • Support routine vehicle maintenance and upkeep
  • Assist with warehouse organization and inventory
  • Provide general day-to-day operational support in the office and field What You'll Need
  • Valid driver's license and a clean enough record to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills in their home
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform install, repair, and warehouse work (moving windows, unloading vehicles, etc…) Experience in home services, window or door installation, or repair is a plus but not required.
We're glad to train the right person with a background in construction or general services work.
