Job Description
Overview Join OVC Productions as an Event Support Staff member and help bring unforgettable events to life. We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members to assist with the behind-the-scenes work that makes every event successful. This is an ideal position for someone interested in the events industry who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative production team. No two events are the same—you may spend one day loading trucks in our warehouse and the next assisting with the setup and execution of a corporate conference, festival, or private event. This is a flexible, as-needed position with opportunities to grow into larger event production roles. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading event equipment, décor, furniture, and supplies. Help prepare, organize, and maintain our warehouse inventory. Assist with event setup, décor installation, furniture placement, and breakdown. Support the production team during events by completing assigned tasks efficiently and professionally. Help maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces before, during, and after events. Transport, stage, and organize event materials as directed. Work collaboratively with event coordinators, vendors, and production staff. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, guests, and venue staff. Perform other event-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Previous event, hospitality, warehouse, moving, construction, theater, or production experience is a plus but not required. Schedule Part-time As-needed Weekends and evenings required Travel opportunities available for select events
