Production Assistant - Entry Level Bayou Banners & Prints is looking for a hardworking and dependable Production Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no printing experience is required . We are willing to train the right person. This is a hands-on position inside a fast-paced print shop. You'll help with the production and finishing of everything from banners and signs to apparel, stickers, and other printed products. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to work, can stay organized, pays attention to the little things, and is willing to learn. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with the production and finishing of banners, signs, apparel, stickers, and other printed products Trimming, cutting, hemming, grommeting, mounting, and packaging finished products Helping prepare jobs for production Checking finished products for quality and accuracy Packaging and boxing completed orders Organizing materials and maintaining inventory Keeping production areas clean and organized Helping the production team wherever needed Working independently as well as alongside the rest of our team What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Shows up on time and is dependable Works quickly without sacrificing quality Pays close attention to details Is comfortable working with their hands Can follow instructions and established production processes Is self-motivated and doesn't need to be constantly supervised Can handle multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment Works well independently and as part of a team Is willing to learn new equipment, software, and production techniques Can safely lift up to 50 lbs when needed Schedule Schedule and hours can be discussed during the interview.
