Responsibilities and Duties Read, understand, and follow production designs and work instructions accurately. Assemble parts for heaters and thermocouples to ensure high quality and precision. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals and targets. Identify, monitor, and remove faulty products promptly. Operate and maintain machinery regularly to ensure smooth production flow. Adhere to production guidelines, regulations, and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Comply with all safety and environmental requirements. Cross-train in other areas as needed to improve team flexibility and productivity. Perform all duties with a focus on safety, efficiency, quality, and timely delivery to meet customer requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under pressure. Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Welding experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with general manufacturing machinery operation preferred. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in reading and writing English to analyze and interpret job-related documents.
