This role keeps the line moving at pace, protects order accuracy, and keeps the shift on track against carrier cutoff windows Responsibilities Manage line pace and order accuracy to hit carrier cutoff windows Operate scanning equipment to process and verify orders Cover open positions on the line as needed to keep production moving Report discrepancies to the supervisor throughout the shift Provide frontline leadership and direction to line workers What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
