We are currently seeking Packers for a pet food manufacturing warehouse in Denton, TX. This is a fast-paced production environment where employees will work on a production line packaging and inspecting dog food products.

$18/hour

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00

PM Job Responsibilities:

Work on a fast-paced production line packaging dog food into bags, monitor bags coming out of the packaging machine, inspect bags to ensure barcodes and labels are printed correctly and are clearly readable. Ensure bags are properly positioned and facing the correct direction on the production line, monitor the positioning of bags so the robotic equipment can properly handle and move them through the assembly line. Identify damaged, incorrectly labeled, or improperly positioned bags and notify the appropriate personnel. Follow all company safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), follow all facility hygiene and sanitation requirements. Work effectively as part of a production team and perform other production and packaging duties as assigned.

Please be aware that this facility manufactures dog food and has a strong dog food odor. Candidates must be comfortable working in this type of environment.

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, as all written work and data entry must be completed in English. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Previous manufacturing or production is required. Must be able to follow detailed instructions and quality-control procedures. Must be comfortable standing and working on a production line for extended periods. Resume required. GMP /

Pre-Employment Walkthrough:

Candidates must complete a non-paid facility walkthrough before starting work. Walkthroughs are held every Wednesday at 10:00 AM only. Candidates must attend the walkthrough before they can begin working.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
