This position will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and organizing production and shop-related information in our computer systems while helping ensure that information is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-literate, comfortable working with numbers and information, and able to communicate effectively with shop personnel and office staff. Key Responsibilities Enter shop, production, material, and job information accurately into company systems. Maintain accurate records for jobs, materials, production, and inventory. Review data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information. Process and organize paperwork and electronic documents from the shop. Enter time, quantities, job information, and other production-related data. Assist with tracking materials and job status. Communicate with shop personnel to obtain missing or corrected information. Maintain organized electronic and paper files. Assist the office and shop management with reports and data as needed. Follow company procedures for data entry, documentation, and record keeping. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Parts pickup when needed. Spanish speaking. Qualifications Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and company software. Ability to enter information quickly and accurately. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate professionally with both office and shop personnel. Ability to work independently while also being part of a team. Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or shop experience is a plus but not required. Clean driving record. Work Environment This position works closely with the shop and office teams in a manufacturing/shop environment. The employee should be comfortable working around shop personnel and operations while maintaining a professional and organized approach to administrative work.
