Pay Rate:

$16.25 per hour Schneider Electric is seeking experienced Production II Associates to support manufacturing operations in West El Paso, TX. The Production II Associate performs assembly and production tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and build products according to engineering specifications and work instructions. Operate manufacturing equipment and production tools safely and efficiently. Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or discrepancies. Maintain production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives. Complete production documentation accurately and timely. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles. Assist with training and support of new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks. Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
