Pay Rate:

$16.25 per hour Schneider Electric is seeking motivated Production I Associates to join our manufacturing team in West El Paso, TX. The Production I Associate is responsible for supporting production operations, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and manufacture products according to work instructions and specifications. Operate production equipment and tools safely. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Maintain production goals and meet daily performance standards. Follow all safety, quality, and company policies. Keep workstations clean and organized. Complete required documentation and production records. Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
