Open Positions Gazzella Stitcher Gluer Lead Operator — $19-$24/hr Lead a 2-person crew and take ownership of machine setup, production, quality, and efficiency. You'll troubleshoot problems, track production data, keep the machine running smoothly, and make sure the job gets done safely and right.
Gazzella / Solarco
Assistant Operator — $18-$20/hr Support machine setup and production, stack quality units, catch defects, maintain pace and organization, and learn the equipment. We're looking for someone who wants to become more capable and take on more responsibility over time. What You Bring
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality — your team needs you here to contribute, teach, and learn.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic addition and subtraction.
  • Clear communication and a willingness to learn, take direction, and take ownership.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Lead role: Experience leading or coordinating a small production team preferred. Why Leaman?
